Shipping, Refund & Payment Policy

At Slimdoor LLC we strive to provide the highest level of quality healthcare which includes frictionless access to medical providers and medications at prices that are affordable and accessible. We also make every effort to provide the highest level of patient care before and after the sale. How Payment Works

Payment is collected at the time of checkout. Your initial payment includes the cost of your medical consultation, provider evaluation, and—if approved—your first protocol shipment. The consultation and evaluation fee is non-refundable once you have initiated the medical intake process.

**Important:** Completing the checkout process and submitting your medical intake constitutes initiation of the consultation. No guarantee of prescription approval is made or implied. The decision of whether a prescription is appropriate is made solely in the professional judgment of the treating provider. By completing your purchase, you expressly authorize payment for services initiated at checkout, including medical consultation and evaluation, and agree to all applicable Terms of Use, Telehealth Consent, and Refund Policy. You acknowledge that services begin immediately upon submission of your medical intake and are not contingent on prescription approval. Medical consultation and review services are considered rendered upon submission and review of your medical intake, regardless of whether a prescription is ultimately issued. The Company does not guarantee the availability of any specific medication, pharmacy, or fulfillment timeline. Availability may vary based on provider determination, pharmacy supply, regulatory requirements, and other factors outside the Company’s control.

Cancellations and Refunds (Prescription Products)

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Company’s password-protected dashboard. The following terms apply to the cancellation of orders and refund eligibility related to prescription medications:

  • **Cancellation Prior to Consultation Initiation:** Customers who submit a written cancellation request via email to support@slimdoor.com prior to initiating the medical intake process may be eligible for a full refund. If the intake has been initiated but the medical consultation has not yet been completed, the customer may receive a refund for the medication portion only; the consultation and evaluation fee is non-refundable, as the medical review process has commenced.
  • **Prescription Not Approved by Provider:** In the event that the licensed provider does not approve a prescription, the customer will receive a refund for the medication portion of the order. The consultation and evaluation fee is non-refundable, as the medical service has been rendered regardless of outcome. No administrative fees will apply to the medication refund.
  • **No Cancellation or Refund After Prescription Approval:** Upon completion of the medical consultation and approval of a prescription, the prescription is immediately transmitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment. At that point, the order is deemed non-cancellable and no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law. This policy is strictly enforced and is consistent with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, which prohibit the return or resale of prescription medications once dispensed.
  • **No Refund After Shipment:** Once your order has been shipped, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed except where required by applicable law. Prescription medications cannot be returned, restocked, or resold once they have left the pharmacy or fulfillment facility.
  • **Prescription Change Requests After Fulfillment:** Customers who wish to change their prescription type after the original prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy will be required to pay a reasonable reprocessing fee reflecting administrative and clinical costs. Prescription modifications are subject to review by a licensed provider and are not guaranteed.
  • **Regulatory Compliance:** All prescription medication orders are final once submitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment. In accordance with FDA regulations, prescription drugs may not be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed or prepared by a pharmacy.

Payment Terms

1. Subscription Terms

All payments made for products and services are processed as recurring subscription payments, which will automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled by the customer prior to the next billing date. Customers must provide a valid payment method at the time of subscription and ensure that sufficient funds are available for recurring payments. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Company’s secure, password-protected dashboard. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

2. Commitment for Medical Weight Loss Programs

Medical weight loss programs, including those utilizing Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, and other GLP-1 receptor agonists, require a minimum three-month commitment, as the Company provides medication designed for a multi-month treatment protocol. Customers enrolling in these programs must adhere to the three-month subscription term, regardless of the chosen payment plan. If a customer cancels before completing the three-month commitment, they will be responsible for the remaining balance of the committed subscription term.

3. Monthly Payment Plans

Monthly payment plans are offered as interest-free options with no credit checks required. Customers on a monthly payment plan who cancel before fulfilling the three-month commitment will be responsible for the remaining balance of the committed subscription term as specified above. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all monthly payments are successfully processed on the agreed-upon dates.

Subscription obligations remain in effect for the full commitment period regardless of cancellation request, unless all outstanding balances are satisfied. Cancellation stops future renewals only after completion of the committed term.

Pricing, subscription fees, and promotional offers may change at any time at the Company’s discretion. Promotional or introductory pricing may be temporary and subject to change upon renewal.

Chargebacks and Payment Defaults

1. Chargebacks

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a legitimate charge (“chargeback”) made for services rendered or products ordered through the Company will be considered a breach of this agreement. The Company will vigorously contest all chargebacks and provide ample supporting evidence to the issuing bank, including proof of medical consultation, prescription issuance, product fulfillment status, and signed consent documentation.

Customers are encouraged to contact support to resolve any billing issue prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation. Full chargeback enforcement terms, including breach classification and remedies, are set forth in our Terms of Use. The Company reserves the right to recover reasonable administrative, processing, and third-party collection costs to the extent permitted by law.

2. Payment Declines and Subscription Defaults

Customers enrolled in a three-month subscription program are obligated to complete the full term regardless of monthly payment plan selection. If a customer’s method of payment is declined and full payment for the committed term is not received, the remaining balance will be considered past due.

In such cases, the Company reserves the right to refer the outstanding balance to a third-party collections agency, at which point the customer will be responsible for all associated collection costs. The Company reserves the right to recover reasonable administrative, processing, and third-party collection costs to the extent permitted by law. Additionally, the Company may pursue recovery through legal means at the customer’s expense.

Returns & Shipping Policy

We take great care in preparing and delivering your order. All prescription medications and compounded formulations are cold-shipped using medical-grade insulation and ice packs to preserve their potency and ensure prompt, safe delivery. All orders ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on all orders. All packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging.

Product Stability Notice

Our medications are lab-tested for stability and effectiveness during shipping, and our specialized packaging is designed to protect your order from normal transit conditions and environmental exposure. For added peace of mind, the medication can safely remain at room temperature (below 86°F / 30°C) for up to 10 days, but we recommend refrigerating it as soon as it arrives.

While rare, shipping delays or carrier mishandling can occur. Our products are lab-tested to remain stable and fully effective even if exposed to temperatures up to 120°F (49°C) for up to 3 days. This means there is no need for concern if a shipment is delayed or left at your door for a short period.

Incorrect Orders & Replacements

If you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement. To initiate a claim, please log in to your patient portal. Click the tab for replacement and fill out the form. Claims made after the 7-day window may not qualify for replacement. Each case is subject to verification and handled individually.

Shipping Issues & Address

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but sent to the wrong address
  • Delayed in transit
  • Arrives damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date.

If your order has not been delivered, we require a 3-day waiting period from the expected delivery date before processing a replacement to account for potential carrier delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, you are responsible for the error. We offer to resend your package for a reasonable reprocessing and reshipping fee reflecting administrative and clinical costs, which includes physician review, medication handling, and shipping. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee the ability to reroute or intercept a package.
