Shipping, Refund & Payment Policy

At Leandoor LLC we ship dietary supplements directly to customers in the United States. We aim for clear pricing, fast shipping, and a customer-friendly returns process. If you have an issue with your order or your product, please reach out to our support team first at support@leandoor.com.

How Payment Works

Payment is collected at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets where supported. If you place a subscription order, your payment method will be charged at the cadence you select (e.g., every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months) until you cancel.

Your billing descriptor will appear as “Leandoor” or a similar identifier issued by our payment processor. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and disclosed at checkout.

Shipping

Leandoor ships within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50, and $5.95 on orders below $50. Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on the destination. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Packaging

All Leandoor orders ship in discreet, unbranded outer packaging. The contents inside are clearly labeled with the Leandoor brand and required Supplement Facts panel.

Shipping Issues & Address

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but appears to have been sent to the wrong address
  • Delayed in transit
  • Arrives damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date at support@leandoor.com. For undelivered packages we ask for a 3-day waiting period from the expected delivery date before issuing a replacement to account for normal carrier delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, you are responsible for the error. We are happy to resend your order to a corrected address for the cost of the additional shipping. Please verify your shipping information before placing your order — once dispatched, packages cannot be intercepted or rerouted.

Returns & Refunds

Leandoor offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on dietary supplement orders. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

  • **Unopened products:** Full refund to the original payment method, less original shipping if a discount was applied. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • **Opened products:** Eligible for a one-time goodwill refund per household within the 30-day window. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt of the returned item or of confirming the return is not necessary.
  • **Damaged or defective products:** We replace damaged or defective products at no cost. Please contact support within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
  • **Wrong item shipped:** If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact support within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
  • **Bundles:** Returns on multi-product bundles must include all components of the bundle for a full refund. Partial returns within a bundle are eligible for a prorated refund.

To start a return, log in to your Leandoor account or email support@leandoor.com with your order number. Once received and inspected, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Subscriptions

How Subscriptions Work

Subscription orders auto-renew at the cadence you select (e.g., every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months) until you cancel. Your stored payment method will be charged on each renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal so you can update or cancel if you choose.

Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription at any time before the next billing date from your Leandoor account dashboard, or by emailing support@leandoor.com. There are no platform or cancellation fees. Once the next renewal has been charged and the order has been prepared for shipment, that cycle cannot be canceled, but you can cancel before the cycle after.

Skipping, Pausing, or Swapping Products

You can skip an upcoming shipment, pause your subscription, or swap an item for a different Leandoor product from your account dashboard. Changes made before the renewal date apply to the upcoming order.

Pricing Changes

Subscription prices reflect the discount in effect at the time of your most recent renewal. Pricing, subscription fees, and promotional offers may change from time to time at the Company’s discretion. Promotional or introductory pricing may be temporary and subject to change upon renewal.

Chargebacks and Payment Defaults

1. Chargebacks

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a legitimate charge (“chargeback”) made for products ordered through the Company will be considered a breach of these Terms. The Company will contest unauthorized chargebacks and provide supporting evidence to the issuing bank, including proof of order, fulfillment, and delivery.

Customers are encouraged to contact support to resolve any billing issue prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation. Full chargeback enforcement terms, including breach classification and remedies, are set forth in our Terms of Use. The Company reserves the right to recover reasonable administrative, processing, and third-party collection costs to the extent permitted by law.

2. Payment Declines

If a subscription renewal payment is declined, we will retry the payment method on file. If we are unable to collect after a reasonable retry window, we will pause the subscription and notify you by email. Outstanding balances on completed shipments remain payable.

In the event of unpaid balances on shipped orders, the Company reserves the right to refer the outstanding balance to a third-party collections agency, at which point the customer will be responsible for all associated collection costs. The Company reserves the right to recover reasonable administrative, processing, and third-party collection costs to the extent permitted by law.

Dietary Supplement Disclaimer

Leandoor products are dietary supplements. **These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.**

Consult a qualified physician or other health professional before starting any dietary supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a known medical condition.
